Self-Defense Law Free Essays
Post | Self-Defense Law | A WSJ Article by Joe Palazzolo and Rob Barry | Robert Hallam| 4/1/2012| LAW-13 Paper #2 | Self-resistance laws, otherwise called ââ¬Å"stand your ground lawsâ⬠, have been a noteworthy part of many legal disputes. In any case, as most different laws, these laws can be utilized inappropriately and cause abundance contention around a case. Joe Palazzolo and Rob Barryââ¬â¢s article named ââ¬Å"More Killings Called Self-Defenseâ⬠from the March 31st release of Wall Street Journal focuses on these self-preservation laws. We will compose a custom paper test on Self-Preservation Law or on the other hand any comparable point just for you Request Now The case talked about in the article is a case of self-protection laws causing contention, the same number of protestors accept these laws were utilized inappropriately. This is likewise a typical issue as the quantity of reasonable murders is by all accounts on the ascent. Are these ââ¬Å"stand your ground lawsâ⬠genuinely being manhandled? This is the principle issue causing the discussion encompassing cases around the nation. The article portrays an instance of manslaughter where 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and murdered by assumed neighborhood guard, George Zimmerman. This case has gotten disputable for a few reasons. Much discussion has been started with respect to whether this murder was really a deliberate despise wrongdoing, as Martin was a dark young person, who as far as anyone knows represented no genuine danger to the executioner. Regardless of absence of proof against Martin, Zimmerman still cases that his demonstration was out of self-preservation and he has not been charged or captured. Zimmerman claims he was strolling to his vehicle and Martin moved toward him and punched him in the face, breaking his nose. Ongoing proof shows that there was basically no harm perpetrated on Zimmermanââ¬â¢s face or nose. Zimmerman additionally asserts that Martin had slammed his head into the ground, leaving him with genuine head wounds. New video proof conflicts with his case, uncovering no head wounds (Zerlina, 2012). His legal advisor still can't seem to offer any further remarks. In spite of the fact that it can't be accepted that race was a primary factor for this situation, it is as yet the reason for much discussion. Since Martin as far as anyone knows represented no genuine danger to the executioner, protestors accept this isn't viewed as legitimate manslaughter and the self-protection law is being utilized inappropriately. The article gives measurements with respect to reasonable manslaughter and self-protection laws, just as the connection between the two. As indicated by the data gave in the article, the information on the connection between the two has not been adequately considered, along these lines numerous inquiries encompassing the issue are still left unanswered. For example, as per criminal researchers, ââ¬Å"the information on legitimate manslaughter and their relationship to ââ¬Å"stand your ground lawsâ⬠has not been thoroughly studiedâ⬠â⬠¦ So the inquiry stays unanswered if ââ¬Å"a ascend in reasonable murders reflects killings that in any case wouldnââ¬â¢t have occurred. Different inquiries are left unreciprocated also. What is the normal connection between the executioners and the casualties in these sorts of cases? These sorts of inquiries stay easy to refute, as per the measurements and information gave. Numerous different insights are referenced in the article, fo r example, information with respect to strategies for homicide (weapons; firearms being the most well known in instances of legitimate crime), time of casualties, and as referenced already, race. Apparently numerous self-protection laws are awfully defenseless to mishandle (Richard A Mann, Barry S Roberts , 2010). The more up to date idea generally found in hold fast laws follow the revolting Florida variety that ââ¬Å"not just dispenses with the obligation to withdraw, yet in addition presumes that an individual who utilizes lethal power in his home or vehicle had a sensible dread of damage, and it inoculates the executioner from common lawsuitsâ⬠(palazzolo, 2012) ; instead of the basic standard ââ¬Å"Castle Doctrineâ⬠framework in which individual mortgage holders were entirely advocated in utilizing savage power against home gatecrashers. The restriction to these new laws declares that a legitimate rule was even remembered for said teaching that ââ¬Å"you can shoot to execute if your life is in hazard, period. â⬠However that doesn't give you the option to seek after conceivably blameless non-prompt dangers and that those circumstances are best taken care of by advising specialists. As indicated by the legitimate meaning of self-preservation, the damage of someone else is just legitimate â⬠if an individual sensibly accepts that such power is important to forestall demise or incredible substantial harmâ⬠(lectric law ). Along these lines, as per this definition, murder is possibly defended if there is a current peril and an assault is being made to keep away from such risk. The guard must be done to forestall a wrongdoing which would add up to a crime whenever perpetrated (lectric law ). These laws are proposed to permit a person to forestall genuine damage on their self. To put it plainly, was the situation concerning the homicide of Martin really an instance of self-protection, or ought to Zimmerman be accused of manslaughter? Here is the place the discussion becomes possibly the most important factor. For this situation, apparently there is no proof gathered against Martin, thus the crime ought not yet be viewed as legitimate. This is a case of the self-preservation laws being too powerless to even consider abusing. In the event that a demonstration of crime will be considered supported, there ought to consistently be an adequate measure of proof. The chance of Zimmermanââ¬â¢s case being an abhor wrongdoing despite everything exists, except there isn't sufficient proof to help this either. Albeit self-protection laws are useful to numerous cases, these forces can unmistakably be manhandled. Since appropriate proof has not been given, it is inappropriate to make official ends, yet it appears that Zimmermanââ¬â¢s case might be a case of the self-preservation laws being excessively defenseless to misuse. Zimmermanââ¬â¢s case doesn't appear to follow the lawful meaning of self-protection, yet he was not charged or captured. Protestors are battling for Zimmermanââ¬â¢s capture, as insufficient proof has been found against Martin, the casualty of gunfire who apparently introduced a danger to the assailant. These protestors are energizing across the nation on the side of Zimmermanââ¬â¢s conviction. Works Cited (n. d. ). Philippine Literature free essay sample
Philippine Literature is a differing and rich gathering of works that has developed one next to the other with the countryââ¬â¢s history. Writing had begun with tales and legends made by the antiquated Filipinos well before the appearance of Spanish impact. The fundamental subjects of Philippine writing center around the countryââ¬â¢s pre-frontier social conventions and the socio-political chronicles of its pilgrim and contemporary customs. It's anything but a mystery that numerous Filipinos are new to a great part of the countrys scholarly legacy, particularly those that were composed some time before the Spaniards showed up in our nation. This is because of the way that the tales of old time were not composed, yet rather gave from age to age through informal. Just during 1521 did the early Filipinos become familiar with writing because of the impact of the Spaniards on us. In any case, the writing that the Filipinos got familiar with are not Philippine-made, rather, they were works of Spanish writers. So fruitful were the endeavors of homesteaders to scratch out the memory of the countrys to a great extent oral past that present-day Filipino authors, craftsmen and writers are attempting to address this imbalance by perceiving the countrys abundance of ethnic conventions and dispersing them in schools through broad communications. The ascent of nationalistic pride during the 1960s and 1970s likewise realized this difference in demeanor among another variety of Filipinos worried about the Filipino personality. Soonest works In 1593 Doctrina Christiana is the primary book imprinted in the Philippines. The Doctrina Christiana is surprising not just for having been printed at such an early period in an explained dark letter of the Spanish language, yet additionally for having duplicates made in Tagalog, both in Latin content and the regularly utilized Baybayin content of the locals at that point, in addition to another interpretation in customary Chinese. In 1610 Tomas Pinpin composed and printed the ââ¬Å"Librong Pagaaralan nang mga Tagalog nang Uicang Castillaâ⬠, 119 pages since quite a while ago, intended to help individual Filipinos to get familiar with the Spanish language in a straightforward manner. He is likewise with the primary news distribution made in the Philippines, Successos Felices. Tomas Pinpin was a printer, author and distributer from Abucay, a district in the region of Bataan, Philippines, who was the principal Filipino printer and is here and there alluded as the Prince of the Filipino Printers. Old Writing System Compared to other Southeast Asian nations, the Philippines have not many relics that show proof of composing, similar to the Laguna Copperplate Inscription. It is realized that the Filipinos moved data by listening in on others' conversations so it's anything but an amazement to realize that education possibly got boundless in 1571 when the Spaniards went to the Philippines. In any case, the early content utilized by the Filipinos called Baybayin (frequently mixed up by most Filipinos as Alibata, despite the fact that this was denied from Arabic, which had no effect on the Philippine language at all, got boundless in Luzon. The Spaniards recorded that individuals in Manila and different spots composed on bamboo or on uniquely arranged palm leaves, utilizing blades and styli. They utilized the antiquated Tagalog content which had 17 fundamental images, three of which were the vowels an/e, I, and o/u. Every fundamental consonantal image had the characteristic a sound: ka, ga, nga, ta, da, na, dad, ba, mama, ya, la, wa, sa, and ha. A diacritical imprint, called kudlit, changed the sound of the image into various vowel sounds. The kudlit could be a spot, a short line, or even a sharpened stone. At the point when put over the image, it changed the characteristic sound of the image from an/e to I; put beneath, the sound became o/u. In this way a ba/be with a kudlit put above turned into a bi; if the kudlit was set beneath, the image turned into a bo/bu. Pre-Colonial Period (BC to 1564) Owing to crafted by our own archeologists, ethnologists and anthropologists, we can know more and better appointed authority data about Philippine pre-provincial occasions set against a greater part of material about early Filipinos as recorded by Spanish, Chinese, Arabic and different writers of the past. Pre-pilgrim occupants of our islands feature the Philippines rich past through their people adages, society melodies, people stories and indigenous ceremonies and mimetic moves. The most fundamental of these society platitudes is the enigma which is tigmo in Cebuano, bugtong in Tagalog, paktakon in Ilonggo and patototdon in Bicol. There are likewise maxims or truisms that express standards or codes of conduct, network convictions or qualities by offering chunks of insight to put it plainly, rhyming section. The society tune is a type of society verse which communicates the expectations and yearnings, the people groups ways of life just as their loves. These are frequently dreary and resonant, instructive and credulous as in the childrens melodies or Ida-ida (Maguindanao), tulang pambata (Tagalog) or cansiones para abbing (Ibanag). A couple of models are the lullabyes or Ili-ili (Ilonggo); love melodies like the panawagon and balitao (Ilonggo); harana or serenade (Cebuano); the bayok (Maranao); the seven-syllable per line sonnet, ambahan of the Mangyans that are about human connections, social diversion and furthermore fill in as devices for showing the youthful; work tunes that portray the vocation of the individuals regularly sung to go with the development of laborers, for example, the kalusan (Ivatan), soliranin (Tagalog paddling tune), the mambayu, a Kalinga rice-beating tune, and the verbal jousts/games like the duplo mainstream during wakes. The people accounts, for example, legends and society stories are shifted, outlandish and mystical. They were made to clarify the wonders of the world some time before science came to be known. They clarify how the world was made, how certain creatures have certain qualities, why a few spots have cascades, volcanoes, mountains, greenery or fauna and, on account of legends, the roots of things. Tales are about creatures and these show moral exercises. The legends come in different names: Guman (Subanon); Darangen (Maranao); Hudhud (Ifugao); and Ulahingan (Manobo). Their strategic made simpler by the constrained migration of indigenous people groups during this time, as the evacuated locals went to the remote, organized religion as the new focus of their lives. The locals, called indios, for the most part were not shown Spanish, however the bilingual people, prominently writer interpreter Gaspar Aquino de Belen, created reverential verse written in the Roman content in the Tagalog language. Pasyon, started by Aquino de Belen, is a story of the energy, passing and restoration of Jesus Christ, which has circled in numerous forms. Afterward, the Mexican anthems of valor, the corrido, gave a model to mainstream writing. Stanza accounts, or komedya, were acted in the territorial dialects for the unskilled dominant part. They were likewise written in the Roman letters in order in the key dialects and broadly coursed. In the mid seventeenth century a Tagalog printer, Tomas Pinpin, set out to compose a book in Romanized phonetic content, which would show Tagalogs the standards of learning Castilian. His book, distributed by the Dominican press where he worked, showed up in 1610. Dissimilar to the missionarys syntax (which Pinpin had set in type), the Tagalog locals book managed the language of the prevailing as opposed to the subordinate other. Pinpins book was the principal such work at any point composed and distributed by a Philippine local. Accordingly, it is luxuriously informative for what it educates us regarding the interests that vivified Tagalog interpretation and, by suggestion, Tagalog change in the early provincial time frame. Pinpin understood interpretation in manners that tended less to contradict than to escape the totalizing cases of Spanish implying shows. Old style Literature (nineteenth century) Classical writing (Jose Rizal, Pedro Paterno, Jesus Balmori, Huerta, Farolan, Licsi, Lumba, Castillo, and so forth ) and chronicled archives (the national song of devotion, Constitucion Politica de Malolos, and so forth.) were written in Spanish, which is not, at this point an official language. Feminism And The Different Types Of Feminism Essay
After reading about feminism and the many different types of feminism, I would have to say that I consider myself to be somewhat of a feminist. For example, I consider myself a liberal feminist because I believe that women and men are equal and deserve to be treated the same way. However, I would not consider myself a radical feminist because I do not believe that the majority of men intentionally group up and overpower women in todayââ¬â¢s society. I feel that having an equal environment where both men and women are treated fairly is the best. Furthermore, I do not consider myself a woman of color feminist. I am a white female, but I personally feel that in todayââ¬â¢s society, people of all races are treated fairly and are given the same opportunities as white females. However, if I saw or noticed otherwise, I would fight for equal opportunities. Also, back in the day, I would have fought for women of color to be involved and be treated the same as white women. I am a firm be liever in you get back what you put in, so if you are not taking full advantage of education or you are living in poverty, it is your own fault for not making a change. Additionally, I am a cultural feminist because I agree with the concept that men and women are different in the aspect of emotions, values, and social behaviors, as the book stated. cruising through those small towns with souvenirs shops to each side, seafood restaurants mixed in and public access trails to the beaches spotted along the route you will notice that the buildings directly on the beach are on stilts. This is not just an architectural design and the fashion, but because of the fact that the developers know that the land is being swallowed by the sea. More and more houses, hotels, shops and restaurants have decks and some piers that lead into and over the water. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection even has courses for those in construction to acknowledge the erosion and increase the proper design, construction and maintenance of erosion and sediment control. The beaches, whether sandy or rocky are the buffers that keep the sea at bay from the land behind enemy lines. They are natureââ¬â¢s way of saving all the people and their livelihoods from being swept away into the deep blue yonder. When waves crash into the beach it carries sedi ment with it and deposits such sediment. The alternative is that when a wave recedes back into the ocean it carries that sediment back to sea. This is usually done at an unequal rate, and leads to coastal erosion. In fact, coastal erosion is one of the reasons we have so many beautiful beaches around the world due to their unique shape. Comparingââ¬ÂCask of Amontilladoââ¬Â with ââ¬ÅThe Rats in the wallsââ¬Â Free Essays
Compare the narrator in Poeââ¬â¢s ââ¬Å"Cask of Amontilladoâ⬠with the narrator of ââ¬Å"The Rats in the walls.â⬠The style and mode of narration in any story determines how appealing a narrator becomes to his or her readers. Additionally, this has much to do with the size of readership that the narrator garners. We will write a custom essay sample on Comparingâ⬠Cask of Amontilladoâ⬠with ââ¬Å"The Rats in the wallsâ⬠or any similar topic only for you Order Now It is worthwhile that a narrator chooses a narration style that reflects the context of the story, captivating and which gets the reader engaged and involved throughout the narration. This narration will have significant implications for the reviews as well as comments that the reader will make which translate to more or fewer people seeking to read the narrators story. The narrators in ââ¬Å"Cask of Amontilladoâ⬠and ââ¬Å"The Rats in the Wallsâ⬠share much in common about their styles, approaches, themes, and appeal to the reader although they differ substantially in some respects. ââ¬Å"Rats in the Wallsâ⬠is narrated by the last survivor of Delapore family who moves from Massachusetts to his ancestral homeland, Exham Priory in England. On multiple instances, the Delapore and his cats hear the scurrying sounds of rats behind the ways and upon investigation find a city below the subcellar of his home, which has existed for centuries and the dwellers of this underground city fed on human flesh (Lovecraft 4). The narrator in ââ¬Å"The cask of Amontilladoâ⬠is Montresor, seemingly a gentleman, but in reality, a vindictive and vengeance filled person. (Poe 1). Montresor commits a murder and is unrepentant and guiltless of his deed because he thinks that all, he did and does is right. Most of the time, Montresor is dedicated to his viewpoint which is quite cold, vengeful, brutal, and conniving. He lures his friend, Fortunato, to tunnels and tombs underground, drugs him and locks him in chains, walls him and leaves him in his position to die slowly (Poe 5). Montresor and Delapore exhibit a great deal of quality in their narration style. The tales are given from their points of view and involve crimes, and horrendous acts that get the reader aroused and somewhat scared. They keep a great deal of suspense to maintain the reader and ensure he or she follows to the end. Both narrators, however, could be questioned regarding reliability although they have various levels of any security that could be noted (Lovecraft 8).They seem to have some mental problems which make them act in ways unnatural and do things that would naturally be abominable to sane people. The fact that we have difficulties trusting the narrators question their reliability. Montresor, first, tells the story of the crime he commits fifty years later saying that he was never caught for this. Now, trusting someone telling things that happened many years ago can be difficult because in many cases, things surface a short time after they have been done. Confessions are made, or details unveiled not very long after. Walling his friend and leaving him to die with little to no remorse characteristically defines the possibility of soundness implying that he could probably not be entirely sane. This could make him be considered unreliable (Poe 8). Delapore, similarly, exhibits a high level of unreliability. He presents the story in a way that the things happen in the supernatural realm. This elicits fiction rather than reality, and the details raise many questions because few readers would be accustomed to the nature of things that unfold throughout the narration. Eating human flesh would be an act expected of animals or an unbalanced mind. There is an element of mental issue with the narrator, and this would make him unreliable (Lovecraft 10). Constant sounds of rats in the walls which are never found raise questions as to whether substantial evidence can be gathered to support the points raised in the narration. The default the tone by the narrators is one that conveys abject panic, fear, and impending doom. The mood they employ precedes or supersedes events which could reasonably justify it. Mostly, they share much in common in the narration technics, emotions, feelings, and atmospheres. However, they also differ in some ways. Delapore narrates in a setting of a family background rich in mystic scenarios. This is evident in the declaration of the finding of bones in the underground of the Priory(Lovecraft 14). Montresor narrates from a setting of being insulated which leads him to revenge (Poe 1). The motivations behind the narration are entirely different Delapore is motivated by the desire to unravel a family background which influenced him to act and behave in the way he did. Montresor is affected by the desire to resolve the dampness of his surroundings which exert pressure on him to react in a manner to repay for what has been done against him. The levels of the unreliability of the stories also differ. Delapore is somewhat fictitious in his narration and to some extent narrates from an insane person. Delapore is profoundly unreliable because the details are hard to prove in the real world from which the readers view the content of the narration (Lovecraft 16). Montresor can be termed unreliable, but the extent is not as deep because there are actual details which offer significant proof of turn of events with a human element. While for the most part, he remains unrepentant and self-justifying of the crime he commits, there is a portion where he notes his heart grew sick after he had only a brick left to seal Fortunato forever. However, he withdraws from guilty and accuses his surroundings instead. The narration is better regarding reliability as compared to Delapore. The narrative by Montresor is mostly a revenge mission which happens in the real world giving greater credit to the details (Poe 14). For Delapore, the narration based on the occult is something that questions the credibility and reliability of the details. Overall, however, there is much held in common with a few differences inherent for the narrators the nature of narration and story details. Works cited Lovecraft, Howard Phillips. Needs of the Health Care Organization-Free-Samples for Students
Question: Discuss about the needs of the Health Care Organization. Answer: Introduction: The development of a systematic process includes many different phases like planning, analysis, development, maintenance and design. These processes are based on system analysis and design. System analysis is a process of collection and interpretation of facts, identification of problems and pasting of the components into the system. The main purpose of conducting a system analysis is to identify the objectives of the system. It is also used to solve the problems involving any components and to fix them ensuring efficient work to get the required outcome. System design is another process, which involves the planning of a new business system or replacing an existing business by knowing the components to satisfy the intended requirements. Before applying the planning process, the old system should be analyzed first before making any new plans. This report discusses about the system analysis and design of National Youth Mental Health Foundation in Australia. This report includes a stakeholder map, questionnaire addressing the stakeholders and a use case diagram of the organization. Discussion: National Youth Mental Health Foundation is supposed to provides mental health treatments to the age group of 12 to 25 (Rickwood et al., 2014). The healthcare organization is aiming to address the health needs of the population and to provide not just health related medications but also specialist care which will be intended for recovery and social inclusion (McGorry, Bates Birchwood, 2013). Stakeholder map: Stakeholder analysis is used in cases of resolution of conflicts, managing projects and business administration. It is used to know the impact of a decision on the associated parties. It is also used to know the assessment of the interests of these stakeholders, which are being implemented, in a project, policy or program (Missonier Loufrani-Fedida, 2014). The stakeholder analysis does not think about the concerns of one specific stakeholder but applies to ensure that the affected stakeholders are always ensured. Stakeholder mapping is a process that involves the presence of various discussions and debates used to determine the list of stakeholders who will be relevant to the organization, present in a list of the entire stakeholder community (Shirey, 2012). It consists of four different phases (Schiller et al., 2013). Identification: This section includes the various stakeholders that will be required for the organization. The various stakeholders are the internal and external. The internal stakeholders are further categorized to operations and executive. The external stakeholders are also categorized as operations and executive. For the external stakeholders, suppliers and patients fall under this category while the special interest groups associated with the healthcare falls under the operation stakeholders. In case of the internal stakeholders, nursing, researchers and communicator are grouped under the operational stakeholders while the board members, directors fall under the executive section of internal stakeholders. Analysis: This section references the various operations of the stakeholders provided in the previous section. The executive stakeholders are present to see the level of operation from an executive level while the operation stakeholders will only see the process as in an operational level. The suppliers and the patients are required for ensuring the effectiveness in operation of the concerned organization. The special interest groups also help to identify and address the main concerns of the organization. Nurses and other staffs responsible for health flow operations, help in maintaining the flow of operation in the organization while the board members takes executive decision depending on the outcome required. Stakeholders Contribution in the organization Legitimacy in use Influence in the market Willingness to engage with the organization Involvement in work External executive Medium Low Medium High Medium External operation Low Low Low Low Low Internal executive High High High High High Internal operation Medium High High Low Medium Mapping: This is the third section of stakeholder mapping process includes a set of steps where a pictorial presentation is shown of the various stakeholder groups. Fig: Stakeholder mapping (Source: Created by the author) Prioritizing stakeholders: This section includes the priorities of the various stakeholders regarding their needs in the healthcare organization. The external-operations stakeholders are the most prioritized stakeholders as the healthcare system depends on their patients. Next is the internal-operation stakeholder without whom the patients cannot get the desired care. The internal-executive stakeholder follows behind these, as the decisions are needed to get the outcome of the organization. The lowest prioritized stakeholders are the external-executive who are needed but their decisions do not directly affect the organization. Stakeholders Priority External-operation Very high Internal-operation High Internal-executive Medium External-executive Low Questionnaire: A questionnaire is a method intended for research, which consists of a sequence of questions for gathering certain information and responses (Patten, 2016). They are very advantageous to the maker of the questions as these normally do not include any types of surveys and are very cheap. However, questionnaire is limited to responses of the questions and might not be effective during a survey from a demographic population (Chau et al., 2012). This section includes a list of questions that are to be answered by a group of stakeholders. These questions are about the healthcare organizations regarding the environment, problem or the operations of the organization. These questions are given to the internal-operations stakeholders. What is the location of the site? When will the evaluation of the site happen? Is the environment suitable for a healthcare organization to operate? What is the population of that area? What is the statistics on mental health of the young audiences in the area concerned? What is the statistics regarding the presence of healthcare organizations in the area? What is the status regarding the gathering of the materials for construction? is there any need for mental healthcare organization in that area. What are the methods to be applied for promotions? When will the staffs be hired? Use case diagram: A use case is a process to determine the performance of the users on a certain website or organization. It is used to descript the point of view of the user in view of the system as a response is given to a request made (Almutairi et al., 2013). All the use case depicted in a total diagram is used to show a series of steps which begins with the goal of the user and ends when that goal is completed. Fig: Use case diagram of the healthcare organization (Source: Created by the author) Use case diagram is used to add information about the system and the process that will happen which also help the developer of the use case will diagram to foresee any things that may go wrong (Kulak Guiney, 2012). The use case diagram shown above is based on the process of healthcare organization. There are four use cases depicted which can be seen from above. The first use case includes the administrator. The administrator administrates the various policies of the healthcare organization. They are responsible for undertaking various policies whose effect falls on various operations. These administrators direct, manage and co-ordinate various services relating to the healthcare organization (Cooper, 2012). These administrators work to reduce costs and to increase the efficiency. The second use case is of the protocol maker. The requirements of the organization are analyzed by the protocol maker and then a new system is made that will address the specific needs of the organization. As the organization is responsible to provide mental health care, the protocols and services are made to address the requirements (Drummond et al., 2015). The protocol newly made is transferred to the physician to implement and accordingly patients are applied treatments based on that. The third use case refers to the physicians and their roles in the healthcare organization. The physicians are responsible for complying with the standards and policies made by the policy makers (Rebuge Ferreira, 2012). They are also responsible for applying care and diagnosis to the patients. The information that is received from these patients is recorded in the files of the organization. The physicians are also responsible for providing routine checkup to the patients. The last use case is of the patients. The patients are the most fundamental aspect for the organization. As the organization cannot survive without the presence of any patients, they are important for the healthcare organization to thrive (Boudreaux et al., 2014). The patients come for a routine checkup, which is performed by the physician. There information, which is collected by the physician, is also recorded in the healthcare organization. The use case of the physician is considered in this section. The kost important use case of the organization is the physician addresses. The physicians are responsible for complying with the standards and policies made by the policy makers. The physician is also responsible for providing diagnosis to the patients (Bates et al., 2014). The information that is received from these patients is recorded in the files of the organization. The physicians are also responsible for providing routine checkup to the patients. Basic flow: Diagnose Description The physicians take after the policies made by the protocol creator. The physician gives diagnosis to the patients. The information got from the patients are recorded and put away in the organization. The physician likewise gives routine checkup to the patients. 1 Physicians follow the policies. 2 The physicians provide diagnosis. 3 The information received is stored in the organizational files. 44 The physicians provide routine checkup. Termination outcome The diagnosis is done. Alternative flow (A): Diagnosis Description The physicians take after the policies made by the protocol creator. A1 The information is stored. A2 Diagnosed Termination outcome Patient is diagnosed Alternative flow (B): Routine check Description Patients are given checkup routinely. B1 Patient information is checked B2 Routine check is provided Termination outcome Routine check is done. Business rules: The information of the patient is collected Diagnosis is selected and provided complying with the basis of policies Routine checks are given Conclusion: Thus, it is concluded from the above report that the healthcare organization needs to analyze the stakeholder map and then visualize the importance of the various stakeholders in their organization. The questionnaire provided is to reference the fact that about all the questions that are to be answered before going on with the project. The use case diagram depicts the various relationships among the physicians, patients, policy makers and the administrators. The various relationships among them are also shown in the report. Thus, it is concluded that the healthcare organization needs to implement these decisions and then apply for the project to be made. References: Almutairi, S., Abu-Samaha, A., Bell, G., Chen, F.
